On the first day of your tour in 2023, you will arrive at Colombo Airport at a designated time. Our Travel Center Representative will be there to warmly greet you. On the 2nd day of the tour, you will depart from Habarana after enjoying breakfast at Habarana Village by Cinnamon. A scenic 2 ½ hour drive will take you to the historic city of Kandy. En route, you will have the opportunity to visit the magnificent Sigiriya Lions Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (not included). Upon arrival in Kandy, you will check in at the Cinnamon Citadel, a charming hotel nestled amidst the lush greenery. In the evening, you will be treated to a vibrant cultural experience with a visit to the Kandy Cultural Dance Show, showcasing traditional music and dance performances. The highlight of the day is a guided visit to the revered Kandy Temple of the Tooth, where a sacred tooth relic of the Buddha is enshrined. On the 3rd day of the tour, you’ll start your day with a delicious breakfast at Cinnamon Citadel in Kandy. After checking out, you’ll embark on a scenic drive to the charming town of Nuwara Eliya, which takes approximately 2 ½ hours by car. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the city of Kandy and visit the Kandy View Point, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

Continuing your journey, you’ll make a stop at the magnificent Ramboda Waterfalls, a cascading natural wonder that will leave you in awe. On the 4th day of your Sri Lanka tour, you’ll leave Nuwara Eliya and head to Ella, a charming town known for its stunning landscapes and natural beauty. After enjoying breakfast at Galway Heights Hotel, you’ll check out and be transferred to Nanu Oya Railway Station, which is a short 20-minute car ride away. From there, you’ll embark on a memorable train ride to Ella, which will take approximately 3 and a half hours. The train journey itself is a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the lush green tea plantations and scenic countryside.

After the hike, check out from Ekho Ella and enjoy a scenic drive to Yala, which will take approximately 2 ½ hours by car. En route, you’ll visit the stunning Ravana Waterfalls and have the opportunity to have lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival in Yala, check-in at the beautiful Cinnamon Wild hotel, where you can unwind and enjoy the evening at leisure by the pool. En route to Bentota, you’ll make a stop at the historic Galle Dutch Fort and Lighthouse. Explore the well-preserved fort, stroll along its charming streets, and take in the coastal views. Lunch can be enjoyed at a local restaurant along the way (not included in the package).
